GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Computer Revolution Africa is looking for outstanding technical account managers to manage deployments of Microsoft infrastructure to its enterprise customers' computing environments. The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, and most importantly, a friendly, consultative approach to addressing customer needs. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

OTHER TERMS OF SERVICE OPTIONAL and renewable 2 year contract with a contract lump-sum of one month’s pay on successful completion RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing an excellent customer experience for all accounts, by anticipating and resolving customer issues in a manner that exceeds the customer expectations Seamless project management through all phases of the customer relationship - coordinating with the customer, account manager, technical resources, and support personnel Listening carefully for customer feedback by monitoring customer interaction workspaces and other online environments Communicating regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction and proactively identify upcoming needs Coordinating with technical personnel as needed to meet customer needs, while managing customer expectations to prevent overload or missed deadlines Documenting issues and solving them, writing up field notes, and capturing ideas and requirements that will improve our products and services Travel: 10-20% Any other duties related to Technical solutions offered at Computer revolution can be assigned to you
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Higher Diploma or Degree in computer science or related studies
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
MCSE 2003 or 2008 on Infrastructure and messaging Experience with Exchange 2003/2007 Experience with Active Directory on Microsoft windows 2003/2008 Experience with Microsoft ISA 2004/2006 Experience with Microsoft system Center Suite Participation in infrastructure projects Requirements gathering methodology and experience Understanding of Routing and TCP/IP V4 and V6 CCNA
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; Contact Management systems; Database software; Design software; Development software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
