Note : (i) Attempt any two questions from Section - I. Each question carries 20 marks. (ii) Attempt any four questions from Section - II. Each question carries 10 marks. (iii) Attempt any four questions from Section - III. Each question carries 5 marks.

Discuss the principles concerning_ the protection of consumer rights under the Constitution of India.

Describe the prohibitions that have been provided against import, manufacture or sale of Drugs under Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

Explain the role of consumer organisations in consumer education.

8.

Explain the legal maxim 'Resipsa Loquitor' in the context of complaint under Consumer Protection Act.

9.

Discuss the case law of R.D. Saxena Vs Balaram Prasad Sarna (AIR 2000 SC 3049) under legal profession.
