Preference will be given to Catoosa citizens. No formal action will be taken. Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes. II: Agenda items: The following items are designated for discussion, consideration and possible action. Item # 1. Approval of August 22, 2016 minutes Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve the August 22, 2016 minutes. Item # 2. Approval of financial statements Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve the Library Recreational Fund (410) and Library Contribution Fund (415) financial reports for August 2016. Item # 3. Librarian reports Discussion of librarian reports including collection and usage statistics. Item #4. Friends of the Library: Discussion of the Friends of the Library activities and upcoming events. Item #5. Five Year Plan Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve the Catoosa Public Library Five Year Plan. Item #6. Library Policy Handbook Discussion of updates to the Catoosa Public Library Policy Handbook. Item #7. Hometown Halloween Discussion of library participation in Hometown Halloween
