Credit Transfer Regulations Students are required to register for courses at the partner university system only and should follow the instructions of the course registration strictly. Once the exchange semester have ended, the transcript will be posted to the coordinator at home university (to P’Boom) for the credits transfer purpose. Students should read the following instructions carefully: 1. All students must confirm their to-be-transferred courses at the exchange registration website: http://161.200.66.94/Account/Login.aspx (from 1 October - 30 November for Fall and 1 March – 30 April for Spring). Otherwise, BBA international program will transfer all courses listed on the student’s transcript issued by the partner university. Partner university grading system is provided through the BBA website. This is a sample grading system of Maastricht University. If you receive an S (satisfactory) or U (Unsatisfactory): Maastricht

2. Students are not permitted to change courses after the course confirmation period with the BBA International Program. The grade student earns in courses taken at the partner university will be recorded in Chulalongkorn transcript as “S” (Satisfactory) or “U” (Unsatisfactory). 3. Those courses from which students have withdrawn at the partner university will not be shown in their Chulalongkorn transcript. 4. Students who fail a course at the partner university are required to retake that course or the course in the same category at Chulalongkorn University. For example, students took the Money and Banking as major Elective course at the partner university, but this course is not offered in BBA. Students can choose 2602371 International Trade or 2604472 International Economics from the same category instead. If that course is an elective or a free elective course, students can check with P’Nui at
[email protected] that what elective or free elective course will be offered in the next semester. 5. Students who fail a course at the partner university (who have a “U” in their transcript) are unable to obtain a degree with honors. Instruction for course confirmation submission: 1. Log in to the website at http://161.200.66.94/Account/Student_Login.aspx. Username: Student ID Number without 26 (ex. 55432525) Password: the numbers and letters using for logging in the CUNET The course confirmation system will be opened: Fall: 1 October – 30 November Spring: 1 March – 30 April 2. Click “Add New Course” 3. Write the partner university’s courses in the following boxes: 3.1 Course Code 3.2 Course Full name 3.3 Credits 3.4 Type of Course 3.5 Transfer to BBA’s course 4. Click “Save”
