Part of the package is a training session that provides you with hands-on experience to start using your Zoho CRM system immediately.

Business analysis Discussion through phone calls, e-mails and the review of your existing system and documentation to analyze what you expect to accomplish by using Zoho CRM. If you need to customize data entry screens that will be discussed in this phase. Includes: up to 30 minutes of live discussion with a CRM Business Architect and the review of existing documents and consultation through e-mail as needed.

Configuration and setup Set up Zoho CRM and make the following tabs available: ● Dashboard ● Accounts / Contacts ● Leads / Potential ● Activities Add custom data fields to the Contact / Lead / Potential screens up to five (5) custom fields across the system. Set up and configure mail add-on (if subscribed), set up calendar and contact synchronization with Google Apps (if Client is a Google Apps user). Migration of your existing data to Zoho CRM if the data is available in a customary data format or can be exported from your existing system.

Training As part of the package we will provide a private webinar training where we explain the basics of your new Zoho CRM system and walk you through the steps of managing contacts, leads and basic daily activities. Includes a 60 minutes live webinar session (45 minutes demo and 15 minutes Q&A) scheduled according to your needs.
