ACHIEVEMENTS
Technical: • Solved operation problems in a power plant (10MW) and improved safety. This achievement was possible by my initiative to utilize alternative solution • Designed, dimensioned, prototyped and tested part with carbon fibre, epoxy, aluminium and silicone • Designed, prototyped, and implemented a fluids mechanics experience. • Modified a commercial webcam to create a very low cost and efficient infrared camera. • Prepared a car for a desert race: protected for off road, and refitted engine. • Modelled a carnivorous plant with multi stability changing position. • Tuned and refitted repaired racing dinghy boat (Fibre/resin, cable, rope, chandlery, etc ) • Experimented on my own most of the industrial process: welding; metal forming; plasma cutting; bending; milling; turning; CNC; aluminium, steel and plastic moulding; composite and wood construction; automation, packaging and production line • Performed with Mac and PC; Microsoft Office and Project, Adobe pack (Photoshop…), Catia V5 (CAD)
Project management: • Successfully Managed 20 staff (1 secretary, 3 painter, 6 technician, 2 engineer, and 8 operator) • Promoted team leader during two marine emergency • Identified as project manager for my different educational project. • Respected a very tight schedule with a lower cost than expected • Interacted with six contractors for a customers project. • Realized a project procurement management plan • Covered all phases of risk management • Familiarized with logistic issues with parts coming from overseas.
Business / Selling / Funding: • Raised by 20% sales in 2 months, from 480k€ to reach 600k€/month • Appreciated by customers and suppliers in business relation. • Composed a new ad and designed communication plan concept. • Solved problem between two competitor customers. • Realized computerized end of the week reports following project progress. • Called for bids, and written proposal • 40 000€ funding for a fluids mechanic research / 8 500€ funding for prototyping a space rocket part. • 2 500€ sponsorship to participate to a car race in Morocco
