Traffic will be directed to the right driveway upon entrance. Team vehicles will report to the designated staging area and those with equipment will be issued a Load-In number to place on the dash of their vehicle. Numbers will be issued based upon arrival time. Pedestrian only vehicles can drop off at Zone A. After unloading, the vehicles would report back to the designated Bus and Trailer parking area unless the vehicle is a standard size automobile which could park in any regular parking space. Shortly before Load-In begins, early numbered vehicles with equipment will be directed to the move to the Queue Area of either Zone B or C, depending upon the size of vehicle. In Zone B, only 2 vehicles at a time should be staged/unloaded. In Zone C, up to 8 vehicles at a time can be unloading while 4-5 additional vehicles could be in the Queue area to be next in line. All FRC Team buses and trailers should be parked/stored in the designated Bus & Trailer Parking areas. No FRC Team trailer or bus parking will be allowed in Zone C during the event other than for unloading/loading purposes. No vehicles should back up to the ground-level dock door in Zone C.

Safety Notes: • •

Pedestrians always have the right-of-way. Please watch for pedestrians when entering/existing load-in areas. In Zone C, there is a concrete walkway between the two parking lots where load-in will occur. Teams with rolling carts should roll their carts around the walkway.
