Itinerary ● Finalized in the fall ● Available for parents prior to trip departure ● Includes museums, monuments, walking tours, and meals

Cost of Trip ● Total cost: $559.00 ● Deposit of $200.00 due at time of online registration ● OPTIONAL $75.00 for Refund Guarantee Protection (also at time of online registration) ● Please do not pay for trip in full at time of registration

Trip Payment Schedule ● June 15-21 - Deposit of $200 must be paid ● August 12 - $150.00 due ● September 14 - $150.00 due ● October 10 - $59.00 due

Additional Cost ● $20.00 for meals en-route to Washington, DC ○ ○

$10.00 for the ride down $10.00 for the return trip home

Registration ● Online portal will open on 6/15 at 10:00am ● Registration will be first come/first serve ● Deposit is due at time of registration or you will be put on the waitlist ● Once we reach our max number, a wait list will be generated ○ NCMS - max 98 students ○ McCourt - max 49 students

Tips While Registering ● First account created will be the PARENT ACCOUNT ● Registration of your child will happen on the next screen ● USE YOUR PARENT EMAIL ADDRESS ● Visa/Mastercard credit cards ● Debit Card - CHECK WITH YOUR BANK!! (Funds might not go through right away or there could be bank fees) ● Payments are not accepted over the phone

Forms ● Packets filled out in the fall - confirmed registrations only ● Medical forms available now (do not send back until September)
