In view of the proposed Customs and Tariff Modernization Act of 2008 sponsored by Congressman Rufus Rodriguez filed under House Bill No. 5342, which is intended to align the various operations in the Bureau of Customs in compliance with international trade standards and various trade agreements, a Technical Working Group (TWG) is hereby created composed of the following personnel of this Department, to wit: Undersecretary Estela Valdez-Sales Legal & Revenue Operations Group
