The Executive Director, Regional Directors and Other Officials Concerned Bureau of Local Government Finance

SUBJECT : CONDUCT OF A PLANNING CONFERENCE BY THE BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE, THIS DEPARTMENT In order to prepare the plans and programs of the Bureau of Local Government Finance including its Regional Offices for CY 1992 and in order to provide opportunity to develop strategies in anticipation of the implementation of the approved Local Government Code, the Bureau is hereby authorized to conduct a planning conference at the Insurance Institute for Asia and the Pacific (IIAP) in Alabang, Muntinlupa on December 9-11, 1991. The planning conference shall be attended by the following key officials of the Bureau: A.

In this connection, Director Carlos is hereby authorized to make arrangements for the Planning Conference and to enter into a contract for and in behalf of the Bureau with the Insurance Institute for Asia and the Pacific and to ensure

the attainment of the objectives hereof. Likewise, she is hereby authorized to assign employees of the Bureau to compose the Secretariat to perform clerical and other functions incidental thereto.

Attendance in the Planning Conference shall be considered on official business. Travelling and other incidental expenses of the Regional Directors shall be chargeable against the funds of their respective offices, subject to the usual accounting and audit regulations.
