In the interest of the service, and in line with the continuous learning program of the Career Executive Service Board for Career Executive Service Officers. Ms. MA. PRESENTACION R. MONTESA, Executive Director, Bureau of Local Government Finance, is hereby authorized to attend the training on "Warning: Government Service is Dangerous to Your Health" (A Leadership and Wellness Camp), to be conducted by the CIS C.I.R. C. L. E. Forum at Vista Marina Hotel, Olongapo City, on April 23-25, 2009 The use of the Bureau's official vehicle with Plate No. SHU-87& to be driven by Mr. Luis Genaro C. Arabia is, likewise, hereby authorized. The attendance of Director Montesa shall be considered on official business, and she shall be entitled to per clients and other incidental expenses. A registration fee of Eight Thousand Pesos (P8,000.00) shall also be paid in connection therewith, chargeable against Bureau funds, subject to the usual accounting and audit requirements.
