THE COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS THE COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE Designation of Agency Representatives to the Executive Committee of the One-Stop-Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center Under A.O. 266.
In the interest of the service and in line with the operationalization of the One-Stop-Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Drawback Center (CENTER) pursuant to Administrative Order Duty No. 266 dated 7 February 1992, specifically Section 2 thereof, which provides for the establishment of the CENTER to be composed of representatives from the Department of Finance (DOF), Board of Investments (BOI), Bureau of Customs (BOC) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), an Executive Committee is hereby created to be composed of the following: Chairperson - Undersecretary for Revenue Operations Group (ROG) Department of Finance (DOF) Members

a.
