The course will cover approximately twenty-four weeks of training covering all phases of executive management course from 8:00 - 11:30 A.M. and 1:30 - 5:00 P.H. The participants are temporarily relieved of their official duties while attending classes. Upon termination of the course, the participants shall be automatically returned to their former positions. Thereafter, they shall report regularly to the Director any Implementation, suggestion or racoaaendation related to what they have taken up in the Academy. The showing in this course will be considered in determining the efficiency ratings, work assignments, transfer to other regions, divisions or units of organisa. tion and future promotion in accordance with the memorandum circular of the Bureau, of Civil Service, dated September 10, 1958, approved by the Office of the President.
All officials concerned are hereby enjoined to notify the employees in their respective offices icaediately upon receipt of a copy hereof. They shall direct the participants to report to the Director on December 1, 1964 for the inauguration.
