SUBJECT: RECLASSIFICATION OF MUNICIPALITIES IN THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 4993, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE 2ND PARAGRAPH OF SECTION 8 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991 (R.A. 7160). T 0

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region X; the Provincial Governor, the Sanggun' ang Panlalawigan, the Provincial Treasurer the Provincial and Auditor of Misamis Occidental; the Municipal Mayors, the Sangguniang Bayan, the Municipal Treasurers and Others concerned.

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Local Government Code of 1991 (RA 7160), more particularly the 2nd paragraph thereof, as implemented under Article 6, Letter e, Rule II of the IRR of the Code and Department Order No. 35-93 dated June 16, 1993 of Department, copy this attached, the following municipalities in the province of Misamis Occidental, are hereby reclassified effective July 1, 1993, on the basis of their average respective annual income actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive calendar years (1989-1992), as certified by the Commission on Audit.
