REGULATION FOR SELECTING THE BEST DISSERTATION OF VETERINARY MEDICINE AND BIOTECHNOLOGY One. General

This regulation shall be followed for the purpose of selection of the best dissertations to immortalize Sc.D Narmandakh Demberel who was an instructor of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology and to remain his desire encouraging the students. In addition, it shall facilitate the function of innovation, industry, science of biotechnology, and Veterinary medicine. Scientific work and Research activities of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology that has high efficiency for theory and practice shall be carried out and the dissertation that would give good benefit to the industry and business shall be accepted for selecting. Two. Requirements for dissertations 2.1

As per the requirements indicated in the Appendix 1 of this regulation Scientific Research

work shall have at least 6 pages in research paper form. 2.2 The Research work shall be certified by the Scientist-Training-Product department of the Veterinary and Biotechnology with attach copy of main author ID to submit to the Boar of Funds by email and paper last Friday end of January before 6 o’clock every two years. 2.3 It will reflect on certificate that has high efficiency for practice and science, whether to be real quantitative indices of survey and test/experiments, to give good benefit to the industry and innovation. 2.4. In addition to the PhD candidates, PhD dissertations will be submitted to be involved in the production process to the selection. 2.5. Dissertation to be submitted in the selection should be confirmed under test and experiment. 2.6

Dissertation that has up to three authors shall be submitted to the selection and one of

them shall be chosen from them. Object of survey will be domestic sources of materials and should be to give good benefit to the capacities of production.

2.7 The sentence “for the best dissertation selection of Narmandakh.D Funds” shall be written as a headline of dissertation in the right of the top of the sheet. 2.8 Submitted dissertations (article) shall not be returned to the author. 2.9 Main author of dissertation and PhD candidates should be under 46 years old by the 1st of January of the year of selection.

Three. Selection 3.1 The first ten speeches/dissertations that are selected from conference which is named after funds, shall be presented and after presentation some of them shall be selected by secret vote to be given by honorable professional scientist and doctors for awarding. If selected dissertation has been awarded by foreign and domestic organizations it shall not be double awarded. Four. Award

4.1 Three best speeches selected from the speeches of the Conference shall be placed with three prizes as under: 4.2

Dissertations shall be selected to be awarded with three prizes. Follow as: First prize, one – MNT 1.0, Certificate with named after Funds Second prize, one - MNT 700.0, Certificate with named after Funds Third prize, one - MNT 500.0, Certificate with named after Funds

All selected dissertation shall be published and distribute to the public.
