Current negative coggins results is required. Show will be judged according to the State 4-H Horse/Pony Rulebook. Judge's decision is final. Classes may be split at judge's or Show Chair discretion. No refunds on classes. Ribbons will be awarded for 1st-6th places. Showbills and information can be found on the Clinton County EAC site http://www.clintoncounty4-heac.blogspot.com/ Clinton County State Qualifying: The points earned based on regular class placings will be used for qualifying. All safety helmets worn must be ASTM-SEI approved according to 4-H Rulebook. All classes are open to horses and ponies. *Walk/Trot and Special Riders must wear ASTM-SEI approved safety helmets, and cannot compete in any class that canters or lopes. **Leadline and 7-8 year olds will receive participation ribbons and must abide by the 4-H Cloverbud Program rules. Must wear ASTM-SEI approved safety helmets. Not eligible to enter in any other classes. ***Jackpot classes are placed 1st-3rd and will have a 75% payback. Enter at your own risk. An accident report must be filled out for all incidents. No stallions allowed. No alcohol or tobacco is allowed on the grounds.
