Reclassification of the Municipal Districts that were converted into regular municipalities in the Province of Lanao del Norte it. accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 465.

Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the following municipal districts that were converted into regular municipalities in the Province of Lanao del Norte are hereby reclassified, effective July 1, 1974, on the basis of their average annual income realized during the last four consecutive: fiscal years (1971-'i974) as certified to by the Honorable Acti1.g Chairman, Commission on Audit, under his letter dated June 7, 1976:

The foregoing classification shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages of municipal officials and employees, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of their respective budgets, as well as the fixing of the tax ceilings as provideSi for under Section 19(A-3) of the Local Tax Code, as amended.
