Beginning September 6th interlibrary loan services will be provided through a new system called Illiad. Illiad provides quick turnaround time and email updates as your interlibrary loan requests are processed and delivered to you.
HOW IT WORKS Once you conduct a search in the online library you may see an item on the results list that has a “Look for Full Text” link. Clicking this link may take you directly to the item if it is available in another database or you will see the option to request the item via Illiad.
MORE INFORMATION The first time you use request an item through Illiad you will need to register for an account by clicking the “First Time Users” button on the log-in page and complete the registration process. From that point forward you will need to log-in with your username and password to request an item.
