Supervise / Leader of (team / positions): QHSE Team Responsible for the management of all technical aspects in QHSE for Pizza Hut Vietnam and control Quality , Food safety and Environment and co-joint responsibility for Supplier Quality.
Key Tasks:
Responsible for the development and adaptation of Food Safety and Environmental standard library and ensuring it is updated. Lead the Champs Excellence Review for the market. Ensure that restaurants follow procedures and final product quality & hygiene in restaurants meet standards. Responsible for troubleshooting and investigation of all quality non-conformance issues and corrective action. Responsible for the maintenance of Hygiene & Sanitation Standards in restaurants. Manage the supplier quality program. Ensure all new suppliers meet quality standards of Yum and Local Authority. Involve in the development of current suppliers to comply with Star audit programs for Yum standards (include Food suppliers, Food contact packaging, distribution centers, transporters) Oversee the Supply Quality Program to ensure suppliers’ approvals are current, continuous improvement program is in place and the products meet specifications. Ensure quality and proper handling is maintained at the Distribution Center and throughout the distribution chain. Manage Environment and Food Safety Licensing for PHV stores to comply with Yum and Local authority requirements Coordinate to Achieve Food Licensing for new PHV stores and maintain update licensing for current stores.. Manage and coordinate the process of approval documents for Environment for stores. Coordinate with Construction and Maintenance Department for the Proper Environment Protection system at PHV stores.
Key Tasks:
Support PHV stores for proper documentation and technical terms in Authority visits. Any other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Job Requirement:
Education / Training Qualifications: Vietnamese. Prefer bachelor or higher in Food Technology, Biology, or related field. Restaurant Hygiene and Hospitality Standards will be a plus. Standards of ISO, BRC, IFS mastering. Experience: A dynamic professional with minimum 8 years of QA experience with at least 3 years at managerial level Knowledge / Skills / Personalities: Hands-on, possess high energy level. Great auditing skill. Good organization and management skills. Excellent communication both in English and Vietnamese. Computer literacy.
