Probabilities of Randomly Centered Small Balls and Quantization in Banach Space S.Dereich and M.A. Lifshits

We investigate the Gaussian small ball probabilities with random centers, find their deterministic a.s.-equivalents and establish relation to infinite-dimensional high-resolution quantization.
