Cedarburg High School Registration 2016-2017 Registration will take place in our High School Commons/Cafeteria Area.
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 10, 2016 Seniors – 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Juniors – 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Sophomores – 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM THURSDAY, AUGUST 11, 2016 Freshmen Picnic/Tour (Students Only) – 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM Freshmen Registration – 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM Make-up Registration - MONDAY, AUGUST 15, 2016 All Grades – 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM Multiple Registrations - If you have more than one student in the High School you can register all of your students at the same time. For example, if you have a Senior and a Sophomore please come during the Senior time and register both children. On-line Registration should be completed before you come in August. The district opened online registration for viewing and you should have received paperwork explaining the process and information regarding your password. If you haven’t verified your information on-line you will be asked to do so when you come in August. We will have a computer station set-up for you to use but please be aware that this will increase the time you spend at the high school in August for registration. Even with on-line Registration set-up, you still need to come into the school in August at the above times to pay fees, receive your student’s class schedule, turn-in other materials, and have your school picture taken to receive your student’s ID card. Note: There is no school supply list. Students will find out what is needed from their teachers the first week of school.
STATION #1 – Invoice Bring your completed invoice with payment to Station #1. Fees covered on the invoice include School Fees and Classroom Fees. Optional fees listed at the bottom of the invoice, include: • The Cedariel yearbook may be purchased at registration. • Athletic Admissions must be purchased before your student’s ID is made. The Athletic Pass includes admission for regular season home games. • Student Parking We cannot accept credit cards. Please make check payable to the Cedarburg School District.
Your registration receipt for proof of payment. You will receive this after completing station #1 and paying the $150 fee. Student Parking Information Sheet Drivers’ License – a photo copy to keep on file. Proof of Current Auto Insurance – a photo copy to keep on file.
You are only permitted to register two vehicles per parking pass. Daily parking is also available for $2.00 per day and may be purchased in the high school office.
STATION #3 – Forms Turn-In Table Parent Group Collection (PTO, Fine Arts Boosters, AFS, Booster Club, etc) Senior Diploma Sheet, etc.
STATION #4 – Food Service Table/Student Lunch Accounts Food Service Personnel will be at this station to accept deposits for student lunch accounts. They will also be available to address any questions or concerns regarding the student lunch program. Optional – Free and Reduced Lunch Form will be turned in at this station for those families that qualify.
STATION #5 – Class Schedule, Locker Assignment and Assignment Notebook Pick up your schedule, locker number with combination and assignment notebook with student handbook included at this station.
STATION #6 In Cafeteria – Student ID Cards Ordering pictures is optional but you must have your picture taken for your student ID card. Remember to show your receipt of payment for the Athletic Admissions Pass to appear on your ID card.
