Key messages
เราได้ปรับประมาณการกาไรของ THCOM ในปี 2561-62 สะท้อนผลประกอบการที่อ่อนแอในปี 2560, อุปสรรคในปี 2561 เป็ นต้นไป และกาไรพิเศษจากการขาย บมจCS Loxinfo (CSL.BK/CSL TB) เข้ามาพิจารณาด้วย ซึ่ งส่ งผล ให้ประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิปี 2561 ของเราเพิ่มขึ้นจาก ประมาณการเดิม 21% เป็ น 2.2 พันล้านบาท (จากที่มีผล ขาดทุน 2.6 พันล้านบาทในปี 2560) แต่ประมาณการปี 2562 ลดลงจากเดิม 32% เหลือ 400 ล้านบาท จากการปรับ ประมาณการทาให้ราคาเป้ าหมายปี 2561 ลดลงจาก 19 บาท เหลือ 12.50 บาท ซึ่ งเหลือ upside อีกเพียงแค่ 4% ใน ขณะเดียวกัน ก็ยงั มีความเสี่ ยงทั้งด้านธุรกิจ และกฎเกณฑ์ ของทางการ ดังนั้น เราจึงยังปรับลดคาแนะนา จากเดิม "ถือ" เป็ น "ขาย"

Event ประชุมนักวิเคราะห์ lmpact คาดว่ารายได้จะลดลงต่ อเนื่อง ถึงแม้วา่ อัตราการใช้งานดาวเทียมแบบดั้งเดิม (ไทยคม 5, ไทยคม 6, ไทยคม 7 และ ไทยคม 8) จะเพิ่มขึ้น จาก 57% ในปี 2559 เป็ น 59% เนื่ องจากมีลูกค้าใหม่ในตลาด CLMV และแอฟริ กา แต่รายได้จาก ดาวเทียมพวกนี้กลับลดลง 16% YoY เหลือ 3.7 พันล้านบาท จากอัตราค่าบริ การที่ลดลง ในขณะเดียวกัน อัตราการใช้งานดาวเทียมสาหรับบรอดแบนด์ (ไอพีสตาร์ ) ก็ลดลงจาก 55% ในปี 2559 เหลือแค่ 26% หลังจากที่ลูกค้าในออสเตรเลีย ไทย และ จีน ยกเลิกสัญญา ส่ งผลให้รายได้จากไอพีสตาร์ ลดลงเหลือแค่ 2.7 พันล้านบาท (-31% YoY) สาหรับในปี 2561-62 เรามองว่า THCOM อาจจะรักษาระดับรายได้เอาไว้ ได้ยาก เนื่องจากยังมีโอกาสที่ลูกค้าเดิมบอกเลิกสัญญาอีก ในขณะที่ลูกค้าใหม่ก็น่าจะเข้ามาใช้บริ การ ด้วยอัตราค่าบริ การที่ถูกลง การบันทึกผลขาดทุนจากการด้ อยค่ าก้ อนใหญ่ ในปี 2560 จะช่ วยให้ ต้นทุนลดลง หลังจากที่ THCOM รับรู้ผลขาดทุนจากการด้อยค่าดาวเทียมก้อนใหญ่ถึง 3.2 พันล้านบาท สาหรับ ดาวเทียมไอพีสตาร์ และไทยคม 6 ไปแล้วในปี 2560 เราคาดว่าต้นทุนค่าตัดจาหน่ายดาวเทียมจะลดลงได้ ประมาณปี ละ 868 ล้านบาทตั้งแต่ปี 2561 เป็ นต้นไป ตามมูลค่าทางบัญชีที่ลดลงของดาวเทียมทั้งสองดวง เราเชื่ อว่าในขณะที่รายได้ยงั มีแนวโน้มลดลงต่อเนื่ อง แต่ตน้ ทุนที่ลดลงจะช่วยหนุนให้ผลประกอบการ ยังคงมีกาไรได้ ปรับประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิปี 2561-62 เราต้องปรับประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิ ของ THCOM ในปี 2561-62 เพื่อสะท้อนผลประกอบการที่อ่อนแอ ในปี 2560 โดยเราได้ปรับสมมติฐานหลักดังต่อไปนี้ i) ปรับลดรายได้ปี 2561-62 ลง 8% - 9% ตามลาดับ ii) ปรับลดต้นทุนปี 2561 ลง 12% และปี 2562 ลง 14% และ iii) ปรับเพิ่มกาไรพิเศษ (หลังภาษี) จากการ ขายธุรกิจอินเตอร์เน็ต คือ บมจ. ซีเอส ล็อกซอินโฟร์ (CSL) ในปี 2561 เพิ่มขึ้นจาก 1.6 พันล้านบาท เป็ น 1.9 พันล้านบาท เพื่อสะท้อนถึงธุรกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในเดือนมกราคม 2561 ซึ่งหลังจากการปรับสมมติฐาน ดังกล่าวแล้วทาให้ประมาณการกาไรปี 2561 ของเราเพิ่มขึ้น 21% จากประมาณการเดิม แต่ประมาณการ กาไรปี 2562 ลดลงจากเดิม 32% Valuation and action หลังจากที่เราปรับประมาณการใหม่ ก็ทาให้ราคาเป้ าหมายปี 2561 ลดลงจาก 19 บาท เหลือ12.50 บาท (DCF, WACC ที่ 11.7%) ซึ่งเหลือ upside อีกเพียงแค่ 4% ในขณะเดียวกัน ก็ยงั มีความเสี่ ยงทั้งด้านธุรกิจ และกฎเกณฑ์ของทางการ ดังนั้นเราจึงปรับคาแนะนาจากเดิม "ถือ" เป็ น "ขาย" Risks การแข่งขันที่รุนแรงในธุรกิจดาวเทียม และความไม่แน่นอนด้านกฎเกณฑ์ทางการเกี่ยวกับการ ดาเนินงานของบริ ษทั หลังจากที่สมั ปทานหมดอายุในปี 2564 Key financials and valuations Revenue (Btmn) Gross Profit (Btmn) EBIT(Btmn) Net Profit (Btmn) Normalized Profit (Btmn) EPS(Bt) DPS(Bt) EPSgrowth (%) P/E(x) P/B (x) EV/EBITDA (x) Net debt/Equity (x) Dividend yield (%) Return on Average Equity (%)
