2016-17 TPS Locker Policy – Permission & Waiver 1. Each student will be assigned a locker with a TPS lock for the school year, unless a parent fills out the bottom portion of this form. 2. A $5 replacement fee, which covers the cost of a replacement lock, will be charged if the lock is lost or stolen 3. Lockers may not be shared with any student who has not assigned to the locker by Administration. 4. Students may not switch lockers without prior permission from Administration. Any student found to be in violation of this policy might lose their locker privilege. 5. Students may not replace the school lock with a personal or non-school issued lock. If a locker is found in violation of this policy, the student understands that the lock will be removed. 6. Lockers must be kept locked at all times for the safety of the students, as well as the safety of others. 7. Students may not change the color of their locker or permanently decorate the outside of the locker. Decorations on the inside of the locker are permitted, but must be in compliance with school policy and placed using magnets or other “non-stick” materials. Balloons are not permitted on campus. 8. Students must remove food from the locker at the end of each school day. 9. Student understands that the locker and lock are the property of Temecula Preparatory School. 10. Failure to follow locker policies will result in the following: 1st Violation 2nd Violation 3rd Violation 4th Violation
Each student assigned to the locker will be issued a warning and/or asked to correct any violation that has occurred. Student(s) in violation will lose their locker privilege for one week. Student(s) will lose locker privileges for one semester. Student(s) will lose locker privileges for the remainder of the year.
