OCEANWAY TSUNAMIS VOLUNTEER FORM Recreational swim meets are so much fun, but to run smoothly, many volunteers must contribute time and energy. To keep the duties from being a burden on a few people, we ask that all families contribute to volunteering. Please look over the volunteer chart and decide which duties best fit you. Each family is required to volunteer a minimum of three sessions per swimmer throughout the regular season. There are usually two sessions per meet. Also, each family is REQUIRED to volunteer at championships (opt out option not available). If your three volunteer sessions per child are incomplete after our 6th dual swim meet, we will ask that the “Volunteer Buyout” fee be paid.
