Staff Nurse 3 years GNM Below 38 years Rs. 5200 - Rs.20200 13 as on the closing Diploma from a (PB) + Rs.3000/- (GP) recognized institution date of submission per month. of application with minimum one year working experience in similar job in reputed hospitals. Note : (a)After selection of 13 regular posts of Staff Nurses, suitable candidates (on merit basis) may be offered for contractual job of Staff Nurses at a consolidated salary of Rs.14,000/per month, the number of posts of which will be decided by the Management of the Institute. (b) This cancels earlier advertisement for 10 posts of regular Staff Nurses published in The Sentinel on 06.12.2013. (c) Upper age limit is relaxable for Govt. servants up to 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Govt. of India. (d) Persons working under Central / State Govt. / Public Sector Undertakings / Autonomous organization should submit their application through proper channel. They may, however, send an advance copy of the application along with enclosures which should reach before the prescribed last date. Interested and eligible candidates may submit their application in prescribed proforma to “The Director, Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute, Gopinath Nagar, A. K. Azad Road, Guwahati781016, Assam” on or before 10th May 2016. The application must accompany attested copies of certificates & testimonials, two copies of recent passport size photographs along with application fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) in form of Demand Draft drawn on a nationalized bank of India in favour of “Director, Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute, Guwahati’ payable at Guwahati. The Management of Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute will not be responsible for rejection of applications due to late postal delivery. The Institute reserves the right to reject or accept any candidature without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the Institute as to eligibility or otherwise of a candidate will be final. The applicants, who do not have requisite qualifications up to the last date for submission of applications, will not be considered.

Incomplete applications will not be considered. Candidates should note that mere fulfilling of the minimum requisite & experience bestows no right on them to be called for test / interview. Only shortlisted candidate will be called for the test / interview as the Institute deemed fit. The list of eligible candidates and the date & time of interview will be published in the BBCI website www.bbcionline.org (bulletin section). No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
