Sub : School Education –Budget 2012-13 (Non Plan – Release of Additional funds towards Grant-in-Aid salaries to the teaching and non-teaching staff working in Non-Government Primary Schools – Orders – Issued. (ESE) Dept., dated 22-03-2013. 4.G.O.Rt. No.402, Edn. (SE.Genl. I) Dept., dated 23-03-2013. * * * ORDER: In pursuance of the orders issued in the references read above, the Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P, Hyderabad hereby accords sanction for release of an additional amount of Rs.54,44,98,000/- (Rupees Fifty four crores forty four lakhs and ninety eight thousand only) as shown in the Annexure to District Educational Officers towards payment of salaries and arrears to the staff working in the Non-Government Primary Schools during the Financial year 2012-13. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad and all the District Treasury Officers in the state are requested to admit the claims preferred by the District Educational Officers concerned to the extent of Budget now released on receipt of authorization issued by the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P., Hyderabad. The above expenditure shall be debited to the following Head of Account : 2202 – General Education 01 – Elementary Education MH. 102 – Asst. to Non-Govt. Primary Schools S.H.(04) – Teaching Grants 310 – G.I.A/311 – G.I.A. towards Salaries (Non-Plan) The District Educational Officers are hereby permitted to utilize the funds for the arrears of current final year 2012-13. The arrears pertaining to previous years shall be utilized only after receipt of permission from the Government. Sd/- V.
