Who we are: SoNice is Vietnam’s first marketplace to buy products from local independent designers and makers. In its essence, we are building an ecosystem for those vendors to sell their products online to people that are in love with nice and unique products but can’t easily find them. Our startup has carefully chosen Vietnam as it offers an unprecedented opportunity in helping local designers and makers to scale their business. You role: The Copywriter is the voice of our brands, carefully selecting every word in the conversation we carry on with our consumers. The copywriter is an accomplished problem solver, able to strategize, conceptualize and collaborate with our Vendor Acquisition Team, that is in close contact with all our vendors and our Marketing Team that is focused on the consumer side. The Copywriter is a perfectionist, conscious of every comma, dash and ellipsis. Most importantly, the Copywriter is a story teller, able to find the plot twists and characters where others see only product descriptions. The Copywriter is leading the development of copy solutions that move consumers and shoppers to act, engage and buy.

What you’ll do: • • • • • • • •

Develop an SEO optimized writing strategy for Products, Category, Collection, About the brand and Informational texts that are aligned with our brand guidelines and the tone and mood of our marketing efforts Constantly translate UI changes on the website Brief our visual content creators on how to take pictures, flat lays etc. that fit the content writing Collaborate with marketing team to align writing tone & voice Optimizing current copy on website (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.) Press release writing (as well as other forms of PR--media pitches, articles, etc.) Researching trending topics within a variety of industries Other duties as assigned

In order to succeed in this role, you should ideally have: • • • • • • • • • •

At least 1-year experience in writing for products, collections and campaigns for an E-Commerce company A working knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content marketing Basic knowledge of HTML Creativity & resourcefulness Extreme attention to detail The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines Flexibility to evolve strategies quickly & effectively You are self-motivated and can hit the ground running You love cool lifestyle products and are an outgoing, friendly person that is happy to interact and approach people You are a friend and ambassador of sonice by being active in Facebook, Instagram and other social media sites, sharing our content with friends and your network

Working Time & Day: • •
