heroine goes to work as caretaker to a house. there she meets hero with a girl kid. and also meets sister in law of hero. hero's past -- he married deepa who is having mother and younger sister whole family is oothari. but on seeing hero's richness she becomes more oothari. and goes to clubs and partys often. one day hero beat her for wearing bad dress so she without hero's knowledge takes all money and jewelss and goes to mother's house. but mother talked o hero and send her along with hero. she conceives while going for shopping she met with accident and died delivering baby. her mother gets promise from for taking care of her younger sister . but now heroine comes to know she looks alike as hero's first wife. hero also proposes to her and they accepts. but hero decides to wait until sis in law marriage. hero's friend comes there. he loves sis in law. all get married and also sis in law changes her character.
