Adjunct Instructors (Online positions available) Point University is seeking part-time instructors in the following disciplines for its online programs:  

Information Technology with a concentration in Network Administration Information Technology with a concentration in Information Systems Security

In addition to meeting the educational and spiritual requirements, applicants should have expertise in a relevant Information Technology specialty such as network design/engineering/operations, Information Security planning/operations, database administration, web/application development. Additional experience in Project Management and Industry certifications are a plus.

REQUIREMENTS       

Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in subject field; doctorate preferred. Effective teaching ability/excellent communication skills Expertise in an Information Technology discipline such as network design/engineering/operations, Information Security planning/operations, database administration, web/application development, or server administration. Prior teaching experience at collegiate level preferred. Self-disciplined with excellent time management skills. Willingness to be a professional role model and mentor. Commitment to undergraduate education, professional growth, service and scholarship in a distinctively Christian setting, including agreement with the University’s mission and goals, values, and doctrinal statement.
