Child Development (Supervisor of Practicum 1)

Masters degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Child Development or a related field; doctorate preferred. Effective teaching ability/excellent communication skills Prior classroom teaching experience in Infants-3rd Grade; knowledge of developmentally-appropriate methods & materials for young children. Basic computer literacy Prior teaching experience at collegiate level preferred Willingness to be a professional role model and mentor. Commitment to undergraduate education, professional growth, service and scholarship in a distinctively Christian setting, including agreement with the University’s mission and goals, values, and doctrinal statement. Willingness to drive to various locations in and around Savannah for supervision & evaluation of Child Development interns.
