EXAM RULES NOTICE TO THE STUDENTS `

You must be on time for all your examinations examinations.. You must put your bag in front of the class before the invigilator enters the room. You are not allowed to bring anything except your own stationeries. stationeries Put your stationeries in the transparent case. You must bring your own equipment you need to the examination e.g. pens, pencils and rulers. Do not use correcting pens, fluid or tape, erasable pens, highlighters highlighters or gel pens in your answers. You must write and in black/blue ink clearly.. Pencils may only be used for diagrams, maps, charts, etc. unless the instructions printed on the front of the question paper state otherwise. You must bring your examination card and show it to the invigilator. You must keep the examination card clean and tidy. If you do not bring the examination card, you must report to the Chairman of the Examination Committee/Exam Officer/ Officer/IP IP Coordinator to get the replacement card. The replacement card is only valid for one day day. One of the students (Leader) leads the students to greet the invigilator, when the invigilator is in the examination room.

During the examination, you are not allowed to exit the room before the time. If you exit the room and do not come back, you will be considered as having done the examination. You must not involve in any unfair or dishonest practice before, during or after the examination. You must not: a. Sit an examination in the name of another student. b. Have unauthorised material, including electronic devices and mobile phones in the examination. c. Have any equipment in the examination which might give you an unfair advantage. d. Talk alk to, attempt to communicate with or disturb other candidates once you have entered the examination room. e. Borrow orrow any equipment equipments from other students. student f. Obtain assistance or endeavour to obtain assistance in your work; give or endeavour to give assistance to any other candidate; or commit any breach of good order. Having ng unauthorised material materials in the examination is breaking the rules, even if you do not intend to use it. If you have any unauthorised materials material you will be penaltilized or disqualified. As Christian students, you must uphold the values of integrity and honesty.. Exam Officer can impose heavy penalties if you seek to gain or give to another student an unfair advantage during an examination (cheating). ). You will be disqualified for all examinations you have taken of that day.

Tell the invigilator at once if: • you think you have not been given the right question paper or all of the materials listed on the front of the paper; • the question paper is incomplete or badly printed. printed

You are forbidden to ask the content of the question paper to the invigilator.

You must leave the question paper, answer book or answer paper, rough work and other (used or unused) materials in the examination room. When the time is over over, you are not allowed to leave the th room until the invigilator ilator lets you to leave. Before you leave the room, make sure you have written your name, class, and number. You are not allowed to leave before the invigilator collects all of the students’ papers. You are not allowed to continue doing the paper when the time ends. Students shall remain seated at their desks during the examination until the invigilator says you to leave the room. Before leaving the room, one of the students (Leader) leads the students to greet the invigilator (say thank you). Leave the room quietly.
