Explorations in 20th Century Latin American Art During her sabbatical (2010-11), Barbara Schulz travelled to Latin America and explored contemporary art in the Central Andes. Her research included visits to museums, galleries and art exhibitions across Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador, where she met with many painters and talked to them about their work. Her presentation will provide an introduction to the most important currents in Latin American painting of the 20th century.
