The identity card should be canied by the spgrxe/dependentchildren during journey andproducedon demandby the Ticket CheckingStaff. The FICs, will be issuedby the office from wherethe employeesretired. In case .of retired employees/lVidows drawing Post-retirement Complimentary PassAMidOw Pass &om an office other than the office where the original FIC was issued,the renewalof the FIC shall be doneby the authority who is issuingthe passto the applicant. For the purposeof renewal,the applicantshall submit the old FIC based on which renewalwill be done. Any addition in the FIC shall be doneonly by the office who issuedthe FIC for the first time. Renewing authorities shall have no power to carry out any addition in FIC. However,deletionof eligible memberin FIC on accountof death,marriageof daughter, etc.may be dlowed on request.
5.. AadhaarNo., if availablemay be incorporatedin the FICs as indicatedin the format. Necessaryaptionmay be takenby the Railwaysaccordingly 6.
