ALTERNATES

Alternate No. 1: Provide and install 2nd Projection Screen in Large Main Conference room 5101 to match base bid projection screen size and type. Do not provide additional projector. See Projector, Screen & Display Schedule for base bid projection screen. Alternate No. 2: Provide and install Whole Room Audio system in Large Meeting Rooms 4500 and 5400 to match type at Large Main Conference rooms. Add wireless microphone, ceiling speakers and microphones, speech reinforcement of presenter, connections, cables, and audio conferencing for presenter and participants. Do not provide video cameras.

Alternate No. 3: Provide and install Whole Room Audio system in (2) Medium Meeting rooms 5310 and 5422 to match type at Large Main Conference rooms, including, but not limited to: speakers in ceiling, wireless microphone, speech reinforcement of presenter, connections, cables, AV credenza, and audio conferencing for presenter. Do not provide Video Cameras.

Alternate No. 4: Provide and install Whole Area Audio System at the Entry Hall and Forum Seating in the following rooms on ground and second floor common spaces: 1000A, 1202, 1210E, 2200, 2201, 2202, 2204. Add connections for wired and wireless microphones in recessed AV cabinet in west wall of room 1210E to support user presentations and speech reinforcement. Connect back to AV Room 2212 for AV support system. Alternate No. 5: Provide and install 3x3 Video display wall by CineMassive using (9) 55 inch LCD panels wall mounted at west wall of room 1210E, AV Support system to be located in room 2212. Provide and install AV input connections in recessed AV cabinet in west wall of room 1210E to support user presentations.

Alternate No. 6: Provide and install connectivity for control from portable devices (IOS, Android, Microsoft, etc.) at all Large Main Conference rooms, Large Meeting rooms, and Medium Meeting rooms. Alternate No. 7: Provide and install video conferencing capability in rooms: Large Main Conference 5101, Large Meeting Rooms 4500 & 5400, and Medium Meeting rooms 5310 & 5422.
