WHEREAS, the KABISIG People's Movement (KABISIG) Program was tted by virtue of Proclamation No. 650 (s. 1990) in order to facilitate, cOordinate, monitor the implementation of government programs and projects, as well as to ride linkages between and among the private sector groups and government ncies and instrumentalities; and

WHEREAS, in the pursuit of the above mandate, KABISIG is conducting the "K BISIG Philippine Government Expo 2016," with the theme "Pamahalaan at 114 mamayan: Kapit-bisig sa Kaunlaran"aimed at bringing together in one venue all go ernment agencies and instrumentalities, including Government—Owned or — ontrolled Corporations (GOCCs) and Local Government Units (LGUs), to feature th ir profiles, service facilities, programs, projects, products, and accomplishments, th reby providing an opportunity for the government to promote public awareness an participation in national development. NOW, THEREFORE, all heads of departments, agencies, and in rumentalities of the National Government, including GOCCs, are hereby directed ani LGUs are hereby encouraged to extend support and participate, subject to the av4iilability of funds and applicable budgetary, accounting and auditing laws, rules, re ulations and procedures. This Circular shall take effect immediately.
