When Adar comes, joy is increased. Connectedness and responsibility. Masks. These are just some of the themes that arise in the month of Adar. In this workshop we will use Focusing, a mind-body-spirit, inner oriented process to better understand how some of the month’s central themes are experienced in our own lives. This workshop offers an opportunity, together with a small group of like-minded women (limited to 8) – to look more deeply within, to listen to our hearts and souls, to gain increased clarity regarding where we are now, and how we might best use the energy of the month to move forward in our lives.
