To All Members, Sub: Derivatives contracts in Fortis Healthcare Limited (FORTIS) This has reference to our circular reference no. NSE/SURV/37026 dated February 22, 2018 wherein the Exchange in exercise of its power granted under SEBI circular no. SMDRP/DC/CIR-13/02 dated December 18, 2002 shall exclude FORTIS from Equity derivatives segment in case the company fails to submit to the Exchange the financial results duly considered and approved by March 01, 2018. On Perusal of financial results submitted by FORTIS, it is observed that the Independent Auditor’s Review Report on Review of Interim Financial Results have expressed their opinion as given below: “……we have not been able to obtain sufficient appropriate evidence to form a conclusion on the Statement and hence we do not express a conclusion on the Statement”. In view of the above, all the existing Futures and Options contracts, across all expiries shall expire on March 29, 2018. No futures and options contracts shall be available in FORTIS for trading in Equity derivatives segment from March 30, 2018 onwards.
