Dear Families, Bass is having its 1st ever BUBBLE FUN RUN fund-raiser! What is so exciting about this fund-raiser is 100% of the money goes to our school and students! This fundraiser motivates our students to get out and be active while helping to support our school’s needs. The students and staff will participate in a bubble fun run during the school day on Friday, March 10th. Family and friends are encouraged to attend the fun run to cheer and support our students! You’ll find a schedule on the back side of this letter. At the kickoff assembly today, your child was given a BUBBLE RUN t-shirt. The collection period will take place from today, Wednesday, February 15th through Friday, March 3rd. Students should wear their t-shirts as they go out and ask for sponsors. The students are encouraged to get sponsorships from family, friends, parents’ coworkers, local businesses, and neighbors. We do not want the students going door to door unless they are supervised by an adult at all times. When students confirm each sponsor, they should have the sponsor sign the back of their BUBBLE FUN RUN t-shirt. Money should be collected at the time the children get the sponsorship and recorded on the collection envelope provided. Tax-deductible forms have been provided for you to give to donors upon request. If you are in need of more tax-deductible receipts, please let your child’s teacher know. All money collected should be returned to school no later than Friday, March 3rd.
Our goal this year is for each child to raise $25 $25 x 850 students = $21,250! Incentives:
