Jacket and unique fully openable pilfer proof Twin Covers in green & blue colours by state of the art Rotational Moulding process. The Integrated Composting Units has unique combination of MS + plastics for strength and corrosion free life; they are provided with Reflectors on four sides. The Units are also provided with front doors for taking out compost. Basic Qualities Moulded from Special UV Stabilized grades of Polyethylene. 100 % Rust Free and Maintenance free. Fully Integrated Community Composting Unit with unique combination of Plastics one piece unit inside duly reinforced with MS heavy duty Structure; provided with Handles, Wheels & twin Lids, provided with holes on lid, unit and bottom for converting wet organic waste in to Compost and collection of Vermi-wash. 4 holes of 10 mm Dia provided at bottom for collection of Vermi Wash. 4 Nos. of Bottom wheels must be fabricated at the bottom of MS Structure for efficient and long performance life, which also prevent ants and other insects going inside the composting Unit. Twin Lids are of fully openable and perforated for faster digestion Arrangements made for collection of Vermi Wash from bottom. Body ( upper portion) to be provided with holes for digestion Front doors are provided at the bottom of the Unit to take out the organic compost Reflectors to be provided for visibility during night Pilfer proof integration of MS Structure must be provided to ensure pilferage of Lids.
