Golden​ ​Ticket​ ​Instructions:​ ​Teacher​ ​Conference    PLAN​ ​AHEAD 

 

   

  - Teacher​ ​wants​ ​to​ ​see​ ​Student​ ​during​ ​Seminar​ ​or​ ​vice​ ​versa  - Teacher​ ​submits​ ​a​ ​Teacher​ ​Conference​ ​Request  - This​ ​has​ ​to​ ​happen​ ​by​ ​3pm​ ​on​ ​Tuesday.​ ​You​ ​should​ ​know​ ​for​ ​the​ ​whole​ ​week,​ ​who​ ​you  want​ ​to​ ​see.   - Golden​ ​Tickets​ ​are​ ​generated​ ​and​ ​left​ ​in​ ​the​ ​Staff​ ​Boxes​ ​for​ ​Period​ ​1​ ​(Wed)​ ​or​ ​Period​ ​2​ ​(Thurs)  - Staff​ ​must​ ​check​ ​their​ ​boxes​ ​on​ ​late​ ​start​ ​days​ ​to​ ​collect​ ​any​ ​Golden​ ​Tickets​ ​and​ ​then  distribute​ ​them​ ​during​ ​class  - Students​ ​use​ ​the​ ​Golden​ ​Ticket​ ​to​ ​travel​ ​to​ ​their​ ​alternative​ ​Seminar​ ​class  - Their​ ​usual​ ​Seminar​ ​teacher​ ​marks​ ​them​ ​as​ ​absent​ ​(that​ ​is​ ​because​ ​the​ ​student​ ​is​ ​not​ ​there).  - The​ ​alternative​ ​Seminar​ ​Teacher​ ​welcomes​ ​the​ ​new​ ​student,​ ​and​ ​has​ ​them​ ​sign​ ​into​ ​the​ ​google  ‘Teacher​ ​Conference​ ​Attendance​ ​Form’  - Attendance​ ​Office​ ​reviews​ ​the​ ​data​ ​collected​ ​in​ ​the​ ​google​ ​form​ ​and​ ​excuses​ ​absences​ ​as  necessary.
