Google Enterprise Support Center User Management 1. Open the Google Enterprise Support Center (GESC) at https://enterprise.google.com/supportcenter 2. Click “User Management” on the top right corner of the screen.

3. The “Users” pane shows you the users in your organisation that can interact with support. If your role is Administrator for a product, you can change other users’ roles in that product. 4. To add a new user, click “New User”.

5. Enter the user’s email address and click “Create”. The user must have a valid Google Account and his address must be in your organisation’s domain.

6. Set the GESC role for the new user:

7. To be able to file cases for a specific product, a user must have a role other than “NONE” on that product.
