How to file a support case in the Google Enterprise Support Center 1. Open the Google Enterprise Support Center at https://enterprise.google.com/supportcenter

2. Click “New Case” for the asset you want to file a support case for. 3. To have your case solved efficiently, provide the following information: ○

Issue start and end times

○

Timezone

○

Version

○

Stack trace and/or log entries

○

Reproducible case

○

Relevant code

○

Explain your application flow

○

Percentage of affected users

○

How are users being affected

4. Click “Submit” to create the support case. 5. Click “New Comment” to add more information to the case or reply to a question.

6. Messages from Cloud Support will appear in the “Case Comments” section.

7. Click “Close Case” in the upper right corner when you are satisfied with the case resolution.

8. Click “Close Case” in the popup window that appears. You may reopen the case at any time by commenting on it. However, for pressing issues you are advised to open a new case to make sure someone starts working on your case as soon as possible.

9. Go ahead and create a test case to make sure that you know how to open a case. Our support engineers will acknowledge the case and close it right after.

10. Finally, help our team to improve and let us know what you thought of your interaction with Cloud Support by quickly filling the customer satisfaction survey. We want to know if you think we can improve, but also if you are happy with the way we handled your case.
