Your role You, as a Graphic Designer, sit at the heart of the SoNice’s brand and visual storytelling strategy. You have a passion for crafting design ideas that touch people and convert to sales. You are a friend to the team and together develop the SoNice brand into the leading lifestyle commerce in Vietnam.

What you will do

Create designs according to our brand guidelines and are consistent among web, social media, newsletter and offline activities Help to develop the brand guidelines to improve our storytelling skills Create visual designs for online, offline and in-app channels Collaborate with the marketing team to support online and offline campaigns, projects, social media posts and newsletters with design solutions If needed, assist the Marketing team with taking and editing photographs for product collections, blog articles and any other contents Work together with marketing on creating video content (FB Live, Instagram Stories or Short videos that feature our products and vendors in 10 – 30 sec videos) Research content and ideas from third-party resources to create unique contents across channels Design SoNice merchandising materials like tote bags, note books, t-shirts etc. Work with photographers on photography strategy and help to execute the strategy Perform additional responsibilities as needed to achieve business objectives All designs are done in Vietnamese and English Coordinate with printers, producers to print offline materials (flyers, banners, standees, goodies)

You are a good fit if you: •

Experienced with Adobe Photo Shop, Illustrator & InDesign and/ or Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity in Mac OS environment.

Need to be fluent in English

•

Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design

•

Minimum 1 years’ experience in photography and or videography

•

Deep understanding of customer behavior in the E-Commerce / Offline Retail field

•

Able to multi-task with eye for details, resourceful and independent.

•

Experience with icon design and illustration

•

Be a self-starter and proactive person

•

Confident in giving presentations to internal and external stakeholders

•

Highly curious to try new things; fun-loving

•

Be a team player

•

Able to multi-task with an eye for details, resourceful and independent

•

Be able to meet tight deadlines

Working Time & Day: • •

Monday to Friday: 8.30 – 12.00 / 13.30 – 19.00 alternate between being on the road and in office The whole team sometimes works on weekends
