Personal Statement Graphic Design has been in the foreground of my life since using my first personal computer in 1986. After graduating from Penn State in 1999, I have experienced an array of design jobs and their various applications. My experiences have granted me a wider perspective of company organization and the importance of each individual’s contribution. I am excited to be continuing my career as a senior graphic designer with a new company. I will utilize my skills, challenge myself, and seek the opportunity to reach my full potential.

Job History February 2009 – Present Graphic Designer • Boss Staffing Agency Package design for Dorman Products, Colmar, PA. Duties include package and display design for household and automotive hardware sold in retail stores such as: Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Pepboys, Autozone, and more.
September 2007 – January 2009 Marketing Manager •R & M Construction Co. Worked for a residential remodeling company that specialized in kitchens, bathrooms, and additions. Responsible for marketing aspects of business: promotional program design and materials design, logo design, letterhead design, form design, photo management, photo editing, web site design, creating and maintaining customer database, customer correspondence, computer maintenance, data maintenance and backup.
