NOTES ON FLAWS: Unless otherwise stated, flaws work as written. For character who dual class into a class that would have received full value for a particular flaw (Like dual classing from a fighter to a cleric, and your cleric has Atheist flaw), the flaw is in full force as originally written. The character DOES NOT gain any extra building point for a flaw that is now in full force. On using Table 6A: When the player starts, he needs to decide which row to roll on a stay with it. For normal HackMaster campaigns, use Basic or PF row if you’re a pixie fairy race. If your GM allows HackJammer, then roll the HJr or HJr & PF+HJr row if you’re a pixie fairy race. Table 6K: This table is for any character class that can cast spells, even if it is later in their career. Thus, players not wish to take a class with casting abilities should use a BP to reroll this or be forced to be one. Table 6J: This table is only for any magic user class and bards. If you roll this table, you better use a BP to reroll the result or you will end up making a magic user or bard. A wuss GM may allow you to reroll any time this table is rolled for free, just make sure you report him to the HMGMA afterwards..

PHB Acrophobia: Refer to “Adventurers Guide to Pixie Fairies”. 15 BP for fliers. SSG Clumsy Fingers: For non-casters, this flaw is used in regard to retrieving any small item in combat except weapons, such as a potion or a torch. Large Handwriting: Non-spellbook users receive only 3 BP’s for this flaw. It affects any time they write, thus using more paper and looking foolish to those who read it. (Possible honor hit depending on who reads it, GM discretion) Learning Disability: For Non-arcane magic users receive only 10 BP for this flaw. This applies to all Arcane, Academia, and Language/Communication skills. Magical Allergy: For non-casters, using a magic item that produces a spell effect (such as a potion of speed) can trigger this allergy. Basic enchanted items like a +1 longsword, would not count. Only items that produce effects when called upon (i.e. drinking a potion, using an ability from a wand or item). Security Blanket: For non-arcane casters, they receive 5 BP. (due to not having to worry about -10% to learning spells rolls) Sloppy Penmanship, Minor: Non-spellbook users receive 3 BP’s for this flaw. ZG Atheist: Non-priests receive 10 BPs for this flaw. Little Faith: Non-priests receive only 6 BPs for this flaw. When trying to receiving healing and other spells, a priest innately senses their doubt in the gawds and will charge them twice as much or may refuse service. GG Arthritis: Non-rogues, those without pick pockets and open lock thief skills, receive only 4 BP for this flaw. Spell Casters receive 12 BP and have a 10% chance of spell mishap due to the arthritis for spells requiring a somatic components. This number cannot be lowered by class abilities unless they some how cure the arthritis. Big Hands: Non-rogues, those without pick pockets, open locks, and remove traps thief skills, and spell casters receive only 3 BP for this flaw. Spell casters receive a 1d4 initiative penalty when readying spell components in combat; this is in addition to normal initiative modifiers for retrieving spell components. Shaky Hands: In addition to the description, spell casters receive a 5% chance of spell mishap when casting spells with a somatic component.
