SYMPHONIC​ ​I 5:30​ ​pm Arrive​ ​in​ ​band​ ​hall​ ​in​ ​full​ ​concert​ ​attire.​ ​ ​Assemble​ ​instruments;​ ​store​ ​cases​ ​in​ ​slots. 5:40​ ​pm All​ ​seated​ ​on​ ​stage​ ​ready​ ​for​ ​warm-up. 5:45​ ​pm Rehearsal​ ​begins​ ​on​ ​stage. 6:30​ ​pm Concert​ ​begins; 6:50​ ​pm Move​ ​from​ ​stage​ ​directly​ ​to​ ​seating​ ​area​ ​to​ ​listen​ ​to​ ​the​ ​remainder​ ​of​ ​the​ ​concert.​ ​ ​Sit​ ​as​ ​a​ ​group. Following​ ​the​ ​final​ ​performance,​ ​everyone​ ​will​ ​help​ ​clear​ ​the​ ​stage.​ ​ ​We​ ​will​ ​dismiss​ ​as​ ​a​ ​group​ ​from the​ ​band​ ​hall​ ​(similar​ ​to​ ​post-game​ ​marching​ ​band​ ​procedures,​ ​approximately​ ​8:15). CONCERT​ ​BAND 5:40​ ​pm Meet​ ​in​ ​orchestra​ ​room​ ​in​ ​all​ ​black. 5:50​ ​pm Warm​ ​up​ ​begins​ ​in​ ​orchestra​ ​room. 6:15​ ​pm Move​ ​to​ ​auditorium​ ​to​ ​be​ ​seated​ ​and​ ​listen​ ​to​ ​Sym​ ​1 6:55​ ​pm Approximate​ ​performance​ ​time. 7:05​ ​pm Following​ ​performance,​ ​return​ ​to​ ​seating​ ​area​ ​for​ ​the​ ​remainder​ ​of​ ​the​ ​concert.
