Into the work cup of your food processor or blender (or Ninja blender cup), layer the following: 2 1/2 cups dry milk 1/4 cup marshmallow bits (the crunchy ones made by Kraft that go in prepackaged hot chocolate packets) 1 1/2 cups non-dairy dry coffee creamer (flavored would make a nice addition) 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup granulated sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (Omit if you use vanilla-flavored creamer) Dash of table salt Dash of cayenne (optional...if giving to adults as a gift) Pulverize, grind, and mix ingredients in the work cup of your choice. a while and is best done in pulses.

If vanilla extract gets on the side of the cup,

scrape it with a knife after the ingredients are mostly incorporated. To serve:

Mix 3-6 tablespoons per small mug of water or milk (if you are feeling

particularly decadent).

You may need to use a whisk to make it extra frothy.
