HOUSEHOLD ECONOMICS DECISION-MAKING 2015 CONFERENCE Date: September 25, 2015 | Location: Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland
Call for Papers The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is hosting a one-day conference on September 25, 2015 in order to further our understanding of how individuals and households make decisions that affect their earnings, spending, investments into tangible and intangible assets and liabilities, how they react to risk and uncertainty, and how they process and respond to information. The conference aims at bringing together researchers working on these issues to explore recent advances in the field, to increase awareness of the subject and to enhance its influence on policy making by regulators and central banks. Empirical, experimental, and theoretical papers from all relevant fields are welcome. We particularly encourage junior faculty and PhD students entering the job market in Fall 2015 to submit papers.
Paper Submission Procedure Researchers working in these areas are invited to submit papers or 2-page abstracts via email attachment to
[email protected]. Ph.D. students should include the name of their thesis advisor in the email if they are submitting an incomplete paper. The submission deadline for papers and abstracts is May 1, 2015. Acceptance for presentation will be communicated no later than July 1, 2015. The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland will pay normal travel and hotel expenses for the selected participants. Further Information Conference organizers are Emre Ergungor
