HOW TO VIEW AND ADJUST TRANSIT (Eg. Atmakur LSG SO Having Transit Rs. -14950/-) Login As Supervisor In SAP

Zfbl3n GL Account No-4867100000 Profit Center Number-Eg. (Atmakur-1132320200), put your respecitve office Profit Center No. Date:- Today Date Then Screen Appears As shown below

Second Step:use command:-FAGLL03 Enter Gl Code-4867100000 Company Code-DoPI click on All Items click on Custom Selections (clt+F1) Then Screen Appears As shown Below

Then Click On General

Ledger Line Items Next Click On Profit Center Number

Enter your Profit Center Number to last Profit Center Number of Your office linked

Branch office Number Click Back (f3) Click on YES Click F8

Then Screen appears as shown below Which is showing Red Mark is Transit figures it having two Entries one is 40 entry and another one is 50 entry. Transit figures always in accending order date wise please note all document Numbers date wise or print screenshot

its helps for quick clearing

if incase of cash Office Sent /Receive one document number at LSG and Another Document No at B/C class office (any one of the office may clear it)

Third Step command--F-03

Gl Account No-4867100000 Company Code-DOPI Currency-INR click on Document Number use TAB Key for this click on Process Open Items (Shift+F4)

Then Screen Appears As shown Below Enter one 40 entry From and To (same document No) enter one 50 entry from and To (same Document No)

next

click on Floppy Symbol . Then One meg will come like as Bottom of the screen shot
