Dear Parents/ Carers, MODERN LANGUAGES TRIP TO FRANCE - JULY 2017 I am writing to invite you all to a Parents’ Information meeting. This will be held on Wednesday 7th June at 4.30pm in the West Hall. I will then give you details of our itinerary and of what your son/daughter will need to bring with them on the trip. The staff accompanying the group will also be present so you can discuss any specific issues with any of us. I must also ask you to complete the consent form. Of particular importance is your emergency contact number. Also please indicate whether your child has any dietary requirements, for example nut allergies. Some students have already brought in their EHIC cards. I would like to collect in the remaining ones so I would be grateful if you would bring them to the meeting in June. If you have not yet applied for one, please do so as soon as possible. I look forward to meeting you all on 7th June. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ring me.
